Delete your account

1. 1Open lattecoach and tap your avatar in the top right corner.
2. 2Tap “Delete account” at the bottom.
3. 3Confirm with “Delete for good”.

Email kontakt@digitalkreativ.at from your account’s email address with the subject “Delete account”. We delete your account within 30 days and confirm it by email.

Your account with email address and name, all analyses, photos and previews, all shared links and your purchase data are deleted immediately and for good.

A running Pro subscription does not end with it. Cancel it first in the subscription settings of the App Store or Google Play.

Only the number of your analyses is kept, without any link to you, for our cost statistics. Trial accounts without an email address are deleted automatically 90 days after their last use.
